Looking at HIV "Rationally"

Scientist Elizabeth Pisani, an AIDS researcher who looks at how real-world behaviors affect transmission of the AIDS virus, takes a rational look at the data behind the disease. Watch her discussion online. 

She discusses the political rationale behind the decision-makers, who in turn affect the at-risk populations that are suffering from the proliferation of AIDS. What some may question as beneficial, could actually be the key to preventing even further spread of the disease.
