in the Jane Hartsook Gallery

Greenwich House Pottery students are invited to
participate in the annual exhibition!

1. Bring your piece to the Jane Hartsook Gallery on the ground floor during the days listed below (one item per student). No large scale installations may be submitted. The piece need not be exclusively made from clay, but should include some ceramic component.  Mixed media pieces are welcome!
2. Complete the entry form. Fill out both sections entirely and LEGIBLY. Forms are available in the Gallery during drop off or online in Resources.
3. Attach the completed 2-section form with tape to your piece for the exhibition.

All submitted work must remain on display for the duration of the exhibition.

You may drop off your piece in the Jane Hartsook Gallery on the following days:
    Monday, April 1 (during regular Pottery hours, 6:00 – 10:00 p.m.)
    Tuesday – Friday, April 2 – 5 (10:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.)
    Saturday, April 6 (9:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.)

We cannot accept works which appear to be unstable, too fragile, or deemed unsafe for display for any reason.  All work must be submitted ready to be hung or displayed with all appropriate hardware.  On-site assembly of work will not be permitted. Questions regarding installation of your work may be addressed to Kaitlin McClure: kmcclure@greenwichhouse.org.

The opening reception will be on Friday, April 12, 2019 from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m.

Pick up your piece during regular Pottery hours: Friday, May 3 after 6:00 p.m. through Tuesday, May 7. (Gallery door will be closed but unlocked for your convenience.) If you are unable to come during these times please make arrangements for someone else to pick up your piece. Work will not be stored.  Unclaimed work will be moved to glaze shelves after May 7.

All sales from this exhibition will be subject to a 40% commission, which directly benefits GHP.  You can indicate that your piece is not for sale (N.F.S.) and will be for display only.
