Ned Rothenberg’s Inner Diaspora Quintet

Ned Rothenberg brings the quintet that recorded his Tzadik album Inner Diaspora to Sound It Out @ Greenwich House. His lyrical, color-rich take on “Radical Jewish Culture” features his trio Sync alongside guest string players Mark Feldman and Erik Friedlander, with the band exploring the possibilities of 21st-century Jewish culture through the nuances of scales, modes and feelings of alienation and belonging.
