Coordinator of Quality Improvement, Risk Management & Program Evaluation – Dept. Code RL

Greenwich House, a well-established multi-service Greenwich Village based not-for-profit offers a challenging position for a proven professional to join our management team. This individual will be responsible for directing, planning and coordinating Risk Management, Program Evaluation and coordinating Quality Improvement in a not-for-profit social services environment. Conducts audits and reviews daily operation of all programs and evaluates policy and regulatory compliance as Corporate Compliance Officer. Design and implement evaluation protocols and prepare annual reports describing activities and success.

Must be team player with knowledge of QI /RM methods and techniques, drug and mental health treatment, with the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Ideal candidate will be self-directed, able to work independently to accomplish objectives and establish and maintain effective working relationships. Public Administration, MSW, Nursing, or related field required along with three years professional experience, one of which must be in an Admin, or QA capacity.
