Greenwich House Pottery hosts ceramic arts programs and special workshops for schools, non-profits, teens and seniors, companies and organizations. Our programs provide a supportive learning environment that encourages creativity, friendships and the development of visual, verbal, technical and motor skills for all ages.
We collaborate with the diverse programs of Greenwich House, including the Judith C. White Senior Center and the Barrow Street Nursery School. The Pottery has also hosted special therapeutic workshops for the disabled; sponsored artist visits to public and private schools; and provided assessment and training for educators to develop their own, self-sustainable ceramic art programs.
