Position reports to the office manager. Hours are:  Mon. – Thurs. 12pm – 8pm; and Friday, 9:30 – 5:30.

The Case Manager will provide leadership and training to the team in achieving its goals and collaborating with our primary medical care and methadone maintenance programs. The team has frequent client contact in the home and in the community.
