Financial Aid

Barrow Street's Scholarship Program allows us to offer access to an economically diverse community. We are proud of this program, and know that parents and children benefit greatly from this commitment. It offers us an opportunity to enroll a community of diverse talents and occupations.

Grants are "need-based" only and are determined by Barrow Street and the School and Student Service for Financial Aid (known as SSS) located in Princeton, New Jersey. Children currently receive grants ranging from approximately 10% to 100% of tuition, depending on the demonstrated disposable family income. Scholarships are awarded each year to approximately 15% of students.
Admissions decisions are made without regard to whether a family has placed an application for Financial Aid. However, acceptance to the School does not guarantee the School's ability to meet the financial need of every candidate.
Parent(s)/Guardian(s) interested in applying for financial aid must submit a Parents’ Financial Statement (PFS) to the School and Student Service for Financial Aid (SSS) in addition to the required tax materials listed below. SSS analyzes a family's financial information to determine how much they can afford to pay towards tuition and then forwards the results to us.
