As of December 20, 2011 PCI will no longer treat patients. Greenwich House will ensure availability of all patient records. The Medical Record custodian is Janet Walpole, Corporate Compliance Officer, who can be reached at 212-991-0003, extension 248 (phone); 646-365-5730 (fax). Medical records will be kept for a period of at least seven years.

In addition, a Greenwich House staff person will be available for at least three months after closure date to respond to telephone calls to the PCI clinic voicemail.
