Greenwich House Pottery Building

Greenwich House Pottery is located in an historic, 3 story brick building at 16 Jones Street in Greenwich Village. Built in 1928, it was designed by the firm Delano and Aldrich, which also designed the main Greenwich House building at 27 Barrow Street.

Galleries: Greenwich House Pottery has 2 sunlit galleries, the Jane Hartsook Gallery and The Storefront in which we display the work of emerging and established ceramic artists. Library: A book and slide library–one of the most extensive in the nation–that is open throughout the year to Greenwich House Pottery students.

Backyard Garden:The Backyard Garden features a paved patio with wooden benches for sitting and beautiful trees and garden accompaniments from the school. The space fits 50 standing or 20 seating and can be tented in cooler weather.
