My child just misses your cut-off date. Can we still apply?

For children born in June, please contact our Director of Admissions, Ashley Warren at awarren@barrowstreetnursery.org. We are a developmental program and thus at times do make exceptions.

Is there any advantage to submitting my application early?

We encourage all families to submit an online application as soon as possible. Depending on the number of spots we anticipate for specific grades, we may stop accepting applications before the deadline. If this is the case, we will post a message on our website notifying families of the change.

Do families who are re-applying receive preference?

While we encourage all families who were not offered a spot to re-apply, there are many considerations, such as age and gender, that are taken into account each year for the spots we have available. Thus we cannot give preference to families who previously applied.

Can parent visits be rescheduled?

We wish we could honor all rescheduling requests, however due to the limited number of available appointments we are not always able to do so. If you need to reschedule, please do so in the SchoolAdmin Portal or reach out directly to our Director of Admissions, Ashley Warren at awarren@barrowstreetnursery.org.

Can I reschedule my child’s visit?

We strongly urge parents to try to attend their scheduled visit because children are grouped by age and rescheduling can be difficult.
