Science and Engineering

Tuesday
4:00 pm - 5:30 pm

Ages 7 and up

This class will be a mix of fun, take-home science projects (Catapults, lava lamps) as well as longer, team-oriented projects (how can we build the tallest, freestanding structure with only spaghetti and marshmallows?). In science and engineering, we strongly encourage students to become the best problem solvers that they can be through the various experiments, challenges, and engineering projects that we attempt. We will cover topics that are relevant today while also building a holistic foundation connected to all scientific fields. The children will make a variety of science projects in class such as slime, superballs, and volcanoes.

Through teamwork and a positive attitude, your child will learn something new. We hope to inspire the next generation of scientists through building, problem-solving, teamwork, and communication.
