Science & Engineering (Wed.)

This class will be a mix of fun, take-home science projects (catapults, lava lamps, slime, super-balls, volcanoes) as well as longer, team oriented projects (how can we build the tallest, freestanding structure with only spaghetti and marshmallows?). In science and engineering we strongly encourage students to become the best problem solvers that they can be through the various experiments, challenges and engineering projects that we attempt. We will cover topics that are relevant today while also building a holistic foundation connected to all scientific fields. Through teamwork and positive attitude your child will learning something new. We hope to inspire the next generation of scientists through building, problem solving, teamwork, and communication.
