Senior Ballet and Pointe (Ages 11 and Up)

Monday
4:45 pm - 6:00 pm

Advanced intermediate level, Age 11 and Older

In Senior Ballet, students are comfortable with most of the classical ballet terminology, and are able to perform advanced steps such as double pirouette, entrelacé, and piqué turns. The entire barre work is done on pointes, and full center work is executed, from tendus to grand allegro. Students are able to memorize long pieces of choreography, and even guide younger students on stage.

All students must bring ballet and pointe shoes and leotards; class details will be given when registration is completed.

Please note that students may be placed in class based on their ability instead of their age.
