Strength and Mobility (SAIL)
Let’s awaken our joints and muscles. Reduce stiffness, increase flexibility and strength. Learn beneficial floor, seated, and standing position to open up new pathways of mobility and body awareness in this slow pace class.
Will address corrective movement for back, knees and shoulders health. Learn how to lengthen your spine, engage your core, develop the strength to maintain healthy functioning. Become aware of our habitual patterns while promoting freedom in movement.
Come and explore how to personalize movement for YOUR own body (using weight and chair). Create a routine that focus on feeling better, regardless of your physical condition. Allow a sense of ease and rejuvenation in life.
