It’s an exciting time around the House as we look at Greenwich House through new eyes. We have a new look with a new logo and new colors, a new website and a new location for our annual fundraiser, Taste of Greenwich House! So, for Taste this year we’d like to know:
How do you see Greenwich House?
We’re calling all artists in our creative community to submit an original work of art inspired by Greenwich House. We’ll provide a 12×16″ foamcore board that will be available for pickup at our various locations during office hours from October 28th through November 1st, 2019. Your piece can be in any medium as long as it’s presented on the foamcore. Please orient your work so that the width is 12″ and the height is 16″.
Up to 6 winners will be chosen, and all winning pieces will be exhibited at Taste. Images of the work will also be displayed on our website, reproduced in the event’s program and shared on our social media. Each winner will receive 2 tickets to Taste of Greenwich House on March 10th, 2020, valued at $600 (attendees must be 21 years of age or older).
Plus, everyone who participates in the contest will be entered into a raffle to win a pair of tickets to the event!
Fill out the form below to enter by October 25th and you will receive instructions on how to pick up your materials and submit your work. If the contestant is under 18, the form should be filled out by a parent or guardian. All work must be received by December 13th, 2019. The winners will be notified and announced in January, 2020. Following the event, the artwork will become a part of Greenwich House’s archives.
