To Attend Events at GHMS, Audience Members over the age of 12 must provide proof of vaccination against COVID-19. For guests under the age of 12, they must provide a recent negative PCR COVID-Test. Guests under the age of 5 do not need to be tested. Proof of vaccination can be presented in the form of your CDC Card, or a photo of it, the NYC COVID Safe App, or the Excelsior App.
