Studio Time

STUDIO SESSIONS:

In addition to class meetings, currently enrolled students can book four-hour studio sessions for $25 per reservation. You can find available studio session appointments here. Search using term “Fall 2021 Studio Sessions” and filter by technique and day of the week in the following dropdown menus. Studio sessions are limited to a maximum of 8-9 students in each studio depending on which classroom they choose to work in.

As an incentive, students who register for six studio sessions during the spring term will have a $25 firing credit added to their log. Please write pottery@greenwichhouse.org to let us know if and when you book six sessions.

FIVE DOLLAR FRIDAY NIGHTS:
As part of a new initiative to make studio time more accessible, we are making Friday evening studio sessions only $5.

Five Dollar Friday Nights can be booked the same way as other studio sessions, and require advanced registration in order to maintain social distance in the classrooms. You can book your spot here by selecting and registering for a Friday evening spot in any available studio.

CANCELLATION POLICIES:

Studio sessions are non-refundable. To ensure our roll sheets are up-to-date and that we have adequate staffing, students should register at least one day prior to their Studio Session.

Transfer is permitted to another Studio Session provided the request is made at least 24 hours prior to the day of the session. We do not refund for missed sessions.

Sessions with inadequate enrollment may be cancelled. Registered students will be notified as soon as possible and given the opportunity to transfer to another session. In the event that an alternative session cannot be chosen a refund will be issued. Refunds for cancelled session will include the total cost of registration.

  • MAKE-UP SESSIONS FOR STUDIO SESSIONS: Alternate make-up sessions are not permitted unless requested at least 24 hours in advance. We do not refund for missed sessions.
