A benefit event setup in the Concert Hall at Greenwich House Music School
Greenwich House offers reasonable rates for venue rentals in Greenwich Village as part of our role as a neighborhood center.
With a flexible space at the historic 27 Barrow Street building and the Music School at 46 Barrow Street, Greenwich House works with community-based organizations, arts groups, local police precincts and other social service agencies to find the right space for their special events.
The spaces available for rent at 27 Barrow are:
The Gym
Located on the 6th floor, the Gym features a full-size basketball court and a wraparound track. It can accommodate 150 people. This space is perfect for health and wellness events, birthday parties, corporate outings, and film or tv shoots. Base Rental Rate: $175/hour. 1 Person to Staff (Upon Request): $30/hour
The Roof – Unavailable for 2023
With gorgeous views of Greenwich Village and beyond, the Roof of 27 Barrow Street can accommodate between 50 – 55 people. Rental Rate: $200/hr
In addition to listed hourly room rental rate, each rental requires the following:
Staffing fee if requested: $120 ($30 hour/min 4 hrs.*). If renting for longer than 4 hours, add $30/hr. for the staffing fee.
*You are not required to rent the space for 4 hours but staffing fee is a minimum of 4 hours.
