School-Year Programs

For the last 120 years, Greenwich House has been a pillar of the West Village community, founded as a settlement house to welcome new immigrants and allow them to adjust to their lives in a new country. It is with that spirit that Greenwich House has continued to enrich the lives of our fellow neighbors, whether they’re in the West Village or beyond.

  • GHYCC provides students with a safe space to learn and grow. We strive to provide experiences that enrich education, encourage creativity, build friendships, and develop self-esteem. Join our community in the heart of Greenwich Village. We plan on supporting you and your child as they explore their creativity and interests with our diverse after-school program. Whether you are with us for a week or years, we look forward to building memories with you.
  • Greenwich House Youth Civics Corps is a new program that allows high school students to give back and serve the community by designing a collective service project. As this program continues over time, service projects may focus on social justice, climate change, voting rights, food insecurity, and other areas of need, depending on the imaginations and passions of program participants.
