2024 Camp Info Coming Soon!

Extended hours are $80 per week

During the school year, check out our full-day Holiday Camps!

STEAM Summer Camp provides a chance for young people to enjoy arts and crafts, activities in science and technology, recreation, water play, and outdoor summer fun.

Weekly trips are a staple of STEAM YCC; trips include visits to the Whitney, the Natural History Museum, the Paley Center, our annual visit to Six Flags, and more!!

STEAM Camp offers children a unique experience guided by talented instructors, resident artists, academics, and CIT graduates. In the spirit of a true community center, we put value first. With high value in mind, we keep our groups small and our teacher-to-child ratio high. Snack time at YCC means fresh fruit, parfaits, and many other healthy options.

  • You can sign up for weekly sessions, for the month, or the whole term. We’re flexible.
  • Our objective is for campers to learn the value of teamwork, friendship, diversity, and self-esteem.
  • Our team works to bring opportunities for artistic expression, STEM enrichment, friendship, and life-long memories.

Open to children grades K through 8 (children expected to enroll in kindergarten in September ’23 or newly graduated from 8th grade as of Spring ’23).

Counselors in Training (CIT) Summer Camp
